Exercise And Sports Science Classes

So even though my Spring Semester is over (thanks goodness) I will be back in school on Tuesday for Summer Classes.  I’m actually excited because I recently switched one of my majors from Environmental Science to Exercise and Sports Science so I’m looking forward to taking new classes for my new major.

My first class will be Emergency Care, in which I will learn “Theory and practice of basic first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the acute care of athletic injuries.” I will also become CPR certified.

So I might be able to help people who have questions about injuries, HOWEVER: taking this class will in no way certify me to diagnose injuries or give advice BUT I can at least tell you what my book says if you want to ask a question anyway.

My 2nd class will be Human Anatomy in which I will study the body with emphasis on the musculoskeletal, articular, and nervous systems.

So excited! I’ve already read some of my books :D
