Just watched this! It’s so interesting! It talks about how conventional nutritional guidelines are wrong, how the agricultural revolution was detrimental to human health, how fats are not the enemy, cholesterol is not evil, etc.
Highly recommended!

Loving The Lake
So this weekend I’m staying at a Lake and it’s awesome!
Lots of kayaking, swimming, frolicking, and wakeboarding. :D
I didn’t bring my bike and I don’t have any weights so for exercise I’m doing the above-mentioned activities plus body weight stuff and running.
I’ve gotten out of the running groove and have been trying for the past week to get back into...

So yesterday I had boot camp for an hour and then did some weight lifting with my sister and my friend!
I started the bootcamp last week and it’s 2X week for 4 weeks and it was only $25 (schweet!!)
Bootcamp is pretty awesome. We do lots of bodyweight exercises, intervals, circuits, etc. Some new stuff, some old stuff but always some soreness the next day, which is awesome! Looking...

60 Miles and still Kickin
I made it!! My friend and I rode about 60 miles yesterday and holy crap was it tough. It took us 3 hours and 28 minutes
First of all, I now realize what a beast my friend is. She is a strong cyclist to say the least. She pulled the whole way and if you don’t count our first mile, we averaged about 18 mph - for 59 miles. HOLY CRAP. That’s fast. I was tired just from trying to stay...
