THOR THURSDAY HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED
As http://dmfb.tumblr.com/ explained, today is the day of Thor, the God of Thunder. As such, I decided to run my farthest run since Janurary. I ran 10 miles today in 1 hour and 19 minutes. Not bad! I was actually having a hard time getting out the door this evening but I decided to just go and not worry about speed, just get some miles in. I grabbed my ipod and chose a really chill indie mix...

1 Day till San Fran!!

1st Tri of the Season - Accomplished!
Well this morning I raced in the Coolbreeze Sprint Triathlon, however, it was so cold and wet and rainy that the race should be called Frozen Wet Whirlwind Triathlon. Seriously it was about 40 degrees F with rain coming down.

Race Day Tomorrow!
